SAB’s PP clamp saddles are used to create quick single or double derivations with nominal working pressure of 10 bar, 12.5 bar and 16 bar. PN10 clamp saddles as well as the PN12.5 ones are available from diameter 25mm to diameter 160mm with different female outlets from ½” to 2″.
The PN16 clamp saddles are available from diameter 25mm to diameter 315mm with different female outlets from ½” to 4″. SAB PN16 clamp saddles are equipped with an NBR 70sh flat gasket that maximizes the contact surface area for a better sealing in the place where the pipe is drilled, to ensure an optimal sealing even in case of pressure peaks. The clamp saddles are equipped with a reinforcing stainless-steel ring, a bolt locking system as well as the patented anti-rotation system: a special insert keeps the clamp saddle in place over time, preventing it from rotation and slipping. Clamp saddles are also available for ASTM pipes.
